I’ve been waiting for my refund for quite some time now, but I still haven’t received any response from your end. I’m also unable to log in to my account, and my calls are not being answered. When I call from another number, someone picks up, promises that the refund will be processed within 24 hours — and then the same story repeats. After that, they stop answering calls from that number too. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It’s my hard-earned money, and I genuinely don’t understand why it’s being delayed for so long. You are going to lose loyal customers this way — and I’ll probably be the first one. I don’t want to write negative reviews or post about this on social media; I have other things in life to focus on. But honestly, there’s no justification for holding back someone’s refund.
