not trustworthy
I ordered an item that said it would be shipped in 7-10 business days. Never heard anything. Contacted after 14 business days and they said the order was coming. Contacted two weeks later. They said they missed the order completely in their system. I asked why they had said two weeks before that it was coming. They said they’d expedite ship it now and that I would have it in time for the event. Never heard anything or received a tracking. Contacted again. They said they actually didn’t end up being able to expedite ship it. Got my refund back, thankfully, which - to be honest - I was concerned about because I’m unsure this company is real. No proactive outreach. Mixed messages on status of the item. Order never received after six weeks of back and forth. Not a trustworthy company - be careful.
