Bad First Time Experience
I was initially advised that AmEx was not honored. I switched to Chase Sapphire Reserve and for the first time ever, there were problems with your website and transaction portal accepting my only other credit card. If I attempt to purchase again and encounter the same problem with a respected credit card, I'm done with Cotosen.
