The bag is great. The customer service is outstanding.
I had to preorder because the color I wanted was sold out. A couple weeks later I emailed just to find out when the bag would be produced. Cynthia in customer service wrote back quickly and then kept me informed of each change of status. ( produced, packaged, shipped, asking if it had arrived). The bag is great.
