Vernice was very knowledgeable. She immediately saw that there was a complicated issue, that all the settings were correct, and that there was an issue on their back end. She did not ask many questions - rather, she was able to figure out herself that there was a problem. She was then able to fix it using tools on her end. Her understanding of DNS and the inner workings of Kinsta's system were very good.
