I ordered a dress and when it arrived…
I ordered a dress and when it arrived it appeared to be used. The packaging was ripped, the tissue paper tossed into the bag and not put back on the dress, and the bodice of the dress snagged.When I contacted them, and provided pictures of the damage,I was told that I needed to pay for the shipping for the return. Now they’re telling me they’re going to give me a refund, but I have yet to see it.
