Double VAT + Customs + Delays
Ordered directly from SmallRig thinking it would be smooth but it’s been the complete opposite already paid VAT at checkout then got charged AGAIN by customs with no warning, the order was arround 200€+ and got charged almost another 100€. Had to go through the whole mess of paying it myself and then proving it to SmallRig to get a refund like why is this my job, i sure as well wouldn't be subject to pay VAT twice and pay customs, poor shipping policy and poor shipping service. On top of that the restock date for a giftbox that I've won went from oct 20 to nov 30 with no email, no update, nothing. This is how they handle orders, so this was my first and last time ordering directly from the website If you're reading this: stick to amazon or your local resellers. It’s just not worth the headache (or the prices)...
