I ordered a Halloween custom in October…
I ordered a Halloween custom in October of 2025. I paid an extra $20.00 for 3-day guaranteed shipment and received my custom 3 weeks later. Well into November. I have requested my $20.00 refund through email but it has not happened. I don’t have a phone number to talk with anyone. I still want my $20.00. Not to mention that I figured I would wear my custom in 2026 but the custom itself was a huge disappointment. It’s nothing like the picture. The material is something like a child would wear back in the 70’s. Any phone number to their company would be appreciated. Thank you Lisa
