I wanted to try Fotor’s 7-day free trial, which requires entering a credit card number. However, I never received the activation email and couldn’t access my account at all. Seven days later, I was charged for a full-year subscription. When I contacted customer support, they explained that refunds are not possible according to their policy. While their response was polite, I find it disappointing that there was no flexibility given that I never managed to use the product. I recommend double-checking that your trial is properly activated and that you cancel in time if you don’t plan to continue.
