Htvront continues to impress me with their customer support. Whenever I have an issue with their software or machines, they always provide excellent customer service. They will take the time to actually fix the issues I report, and they take my feedback about the machines and have implemented several of my ideas that I feel improved the software. They respond within a reasonable timeframe and are very professional and courteous. I'm very happy to be an HTVRont customer.

Excellent Customer Service
I recently reached out to customer service to report an issue with my new Loklik iCraft Cutting Machine disconnecting via Bluetooth every few seconds. I sent them a video of the machine disconnecting, along with my order number, and they quickly responded. They offered to make arrangements to send a new machine, and I'm now awaiting the replacement. I'm so very pleased with the resolution I received.

Always an excellent experience!
I've bought several machines, materials, and tools from HTVRont. I've had the Loklik Crafter (Cutting Machine 1) for 2 years. I just ordered the iCraft (Cutting Machine 2) a few days ago. I've had the H10 Heat Press for a few months, now, and, like I said, I have purchased many tools and materials to go along with those machines. Whenever I have any issues with any product, or if I have feedback or suggestions to give, the company always responds in a timely manner with a reasonable resolution. They've been really great at implementing some of my suggestions, as well. Recently, I found that the account login button was missing from the website, which caused me to have to scroll through emails to check up on my order progress. So I contacted support and kindly told them the button was missing. They responded within 12 hours, and told me thanks for bringing it to their attention. They fixed it quickly, with courtesy and kindness, and I'm now able to log in to check the progress of my order. My order, by the way, was shipped out within 48 hours and I should be receiving it in 2 days, which would make it a total of 5 days since I placed my order and the time I'll receive it. I am extremely satisfied with this company and will continue to purchase their products.
