Unauthorised Material Changes and Lack of Feeback
I contacted you guys on the 9th of October requesting a quote for my other baby Xena. Initially spoke to Tashreeq who advised that Xena needs to be added to my plan which I challenged as this is a material change... I then called and spoke to Teboho Moteane who also insisted that that was your process, repeatedly on the call I said I am not adding her as yet but would like a quote. After back and forth I requested a supervisor who then confirmed that only a quote is submitted to underwriting (Tiyane) and this was after I saw that Xena had been added to my plan) and was advised that would be rectified and I will get a call back from Tiyane to confirm premium. Now it is close to a month since I requested the quote and NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO ME WITH FEEDBACK, instead I see Xena has been removed.
