Very Poor! Would leave a zero if i could. These are the people you go to to hold councils accountable. It is no wonder the council were not afraid of my complant to them theyy knew it would never be upheld. Total waste of time and money. The excuse given is "not enough money in the pot to warrant investigting the complaint. Well what the hell are they there for? Very let down, total waste of time and as ineffective as oxygen in space.
