Great experience! While I didn't end up keeping the bag, I had exceptionally good customer service during the process of purchasing and returning. This company cares deeply for its customers, refreshing in this world. Do not be worried about ordering from them, their customer service department is on it, and responds quickly and gets the job done. Highly recommend. (Bag was amazing not anything wrong with it, just not for me at this time)
