I just completed Authentic Energy 30 day program. It’s packed full of amazing content that comes to you one day at a time. This allowed me to have a new lesson each day and practice it. I love this program. It has helped me to raise my vibration, techniques to keep it raised and to heal my blocks. I was amazed at how much I had stored in my body. I will continue to use the techniques in this course and hope to really expand on them. I highly recommend it to everyone who seeks to live a joyful life that is not riddled with pain! I was amazed at how much I could do to heal myself! I am a higher version of myself and I am positively affecting those around me.
