Teemdrop has attentive and caring service but needs improvement on communication
Considering moving from Zendrop to Teemdrop because they allow ordering pre-inventory for beginners which is something that is very convenient for dropshippers since end customers prioritise delivery speed which is something I want. agent assigned to me on day 1 was very attentive and provides many answers to get accurate details of small and big things and geniuely cares! in less than 5 hours she provided supplier documents to me perfectly! I haven't experienced shipping yet so I have no comment on it yet but will update review once I do. The best thing is they have 30 minute order processing to end customers (not from supplier to teemdrops warehouse) which increases customer satisfaction! cant wait to test teemdrop on their fulfillment speed. You need to ask agent many specific questions as you can to understand how teemdrop and supplier treats your products from beginning to end to minimise issues and miscommunication. What I really love about is that I can access to 1688 and Taobao catalog and seeing how many items are ordered along with star rating and the fact that you do not need minimum amount of sales to have agent assigned and be able to have pre inventory! teemdrop support and assigned agent time schedule works perfectly for me since im AU based and have similar time zones! What I recommend for dropshippers starting ecommerce is to sample test product first then buy pre-inventory(not crazy big like 100 items for beginners but 10-20 works for start) if you liked the product so that when end customer places an order it will be processed to 30 mins instead of waiting 1-3(or more) days just to be sent to warehouse but you need to communicate with agent about that first. communication and always asking for clarification is best way to keep it smooth! To people reading this, teemdrop is not a supplier and a factory, it is a fulfilment platform with mulitple warehouses in CN, EU, UK and US that processes and sends parcels to customers on your behalf. Update: I have recieved sample orders, shipping was perfect and on spot, but unforntetly teemdrop's fulfillment team needs to communicate better. They shipped other similar product due to original unavailable at the time I ordered and did not notify me and did not let me approve it prior shipping. however I'm happy that they are reshipping exact product I ordered after reporting it to agent but I want to make sure that this issue does not happen again for all orders and needs to better their communication and to notify dropshippers about it prior shipping.
