Thank you for making this right!
So I was loud about my problem so I have to be even LOUDER when it’s made right! I received my replacement treadmill (TM024) in record time, less than 3 days. Due to the previous experience I plug it in soon as I took it out the box to make sure it was working & it did! Installation was a bit easier this time & I was able to do my first 30 minute walk. Thank you Wellfit treadmill for making this right & for great customer service! The machine is working just fine! I am a heavier woman & I am so grateful for a treadmill that I can actually use at home.
