I own a total of 4 Aosu cams for surveillance of my garden and one my pet sleeping place. I have high demand in a security system and agree that some products are already faulty from production or have different issues, but my 5 star rating is based on the fact that customer support thru the app and the team are top notch in identifying issues and where needed, accepting in a fast and customer orientated way, that some products leave the factory already with issues and ship replacements without a hassle. And yes, best case would be they all come perfect from the start, but these are technological devices and my list from other brands and intended uses in daily life which all ocasionally have hickups would be long. When the product does what it should - and customer services makes sure you get what you paid for, the devices make a super solid job. I have three solar panel powered ones running for almost 2 years now and they withstand northern German weather without problems. I also think the panels charge rather generously and even in winter I do not need to be concerned about low battery issues. Beside the excellent customer service the second most thing I like is the app. It's super intuitive and very convinient to forward selected devices to family members and even set what type of permissions they are allowed to... That's over all how I come to 5 stars
