My order remains unfulfilled
My order remains unfulfilled. Fortunately I only ordered a relatively inexpensive cooling towel. Ordered on the 27 June, it is now 21 August and I still have not received it. I have chased several times. One reply simply stated that "the system might have some delays these days" !! Avoid purchasing from this company.
