I have bought Brumate for years
I have bought Brumate for years, I even caught one on fire by accident and it still keeps my drinks cold. I have 12 cups none of my cups has ever leaked not one of them. They keep the drinks cold and hot. I’ve dropped some of them multiple times and while some has dented it still doesn’t leak. These cups are FREAKING amazing. Customer service is their only downfall, it’s entirely email. There is no way to speak to a real person. But they did replace my lid immediately.
