After reading all the negative reviews about the quality and especially the shipping times, I was honestly very hesitant to order and almost decided against it. However, I had seen so many beautiful pictures and videos of their products on social media that I decided to give it a try anyway. I was already prepared for a very long delivery time. To my surprise, my wool dress arrived within just 11 days! I was honestly very impressed by how quickly it was delivered. And the quality of the dress is absolutely wonderful. It is heavy, warm, and genuinely made of 100% wool. It keeps you really warm and feels very high-quality. The color is also exactly the same as shown in the pictures, and overall the dress looks absolutely beautiful and very premium. The only downside I noticed is the sizing. I normally wear between L and XL, so I ordered an L. However, the L is much too large around the bust for me. Looking back, an M would definitely have been enough. So if you normally wear an L or XL but don't have a particularly large bust, I would definitely recommend going one size down with this wool dress. I will simply alter the dress myself, which isn't a problem for me. But if you're not able to do that yourself, I would definitely recommend choosing the smaller size. I can't really comment on the return process, since I'm keeping the dress and will simply adjust the sizing myself. Overall, I have to say that none of the negative comments I read beforehand have been true in my experience. My order arrived surprisingly quickly, the quality is genuinely great, the color is exactly as shown in the pictures, and the dress looks absolutely fantastic. I'm very happy with my purchase!
