THEY DO NOT PAY
They do not pay! It's a shame because I absolutely loved the app and game play however you have to meet a VIP status to play Blackjack. I made two 29.99 purchases and still did not meet the requirements. I did win over 600 my first day in slots I played 400 back and tried to cash out the 200. It has been over 3 weeks and I have got nothing. I passed the verification process. They use Sumsub which I have been verified with on several platforms. No response from customer service except generic emails saying to be patient. The live chat is AI support so you get nowhere there. Cashamoo you could be an amazing platform if you would payout in a timely manner or at all in my situation. The bonuses are great. The app is great but unfortunately I will not be returning because who in there right mind would risk not being able to get their winnings and not having access to great customer support? There are too many other great platforms with good bonuses who pay out in less than 24hrs with prompt customer service. I will update this review if they actually ever pay me.
