Avoid this travel agency like the plague! Their customer support is useless—you’ll wait forever for a single response, and when they finally bother to reply, they just blame everyone else. We never got our refund, and the agent had the nerve to blame the airline even though the airline’s policy follows U.S. DOT regulations.
