Wonderful Quality and Excellent Customer Service! I ordered a Zelda costume for my eleven-year-old daughter as a special gift in early October. She'd saved and worked to match the amount I added, and so this was a very important purchase for her. We were concerned the costume would not arrive on time for its intended debut: Halloween. Each time we reached out we had clear, personal, concise, communication and it arrived ahead of the expected date! The costume is beautiful. I'd expected that I'd have to make some adjustments, like add clear straps as the gown appears strapless, but no, those were included along with all the jewelry. It fit her perfectly and the measurements online matched hers. She was so delighted that she asked me to send the tailor a note, which I did through the customer service email address. She intends to wear the costume to many Comic Cons this year and it's entirely of a quality where we can expect a lot of wear out of this costume.
