The 5 stars is for Karen and the happiness guarantee on the toy. It said reach out so I did- my cats never touched the toy but I couldn’t get it to fly ( it was a rubber band propelled butterfly). I was amazed when I received an immediate reply and offer to send a different kind of toy!!! She even asked questions about my kitties to pick something special which is now on its way! Hurray Karen. Stellar customer service still exists. And works- who wouldn’t buy from a company that has a happiness guarantee!!!!
