My WORST online experience ever. They sold me an item that was out of stock from the very beginning. When I noticed there was no progress on the tracking information, I contacted them and only then was I told the product wasn’t available. I requested an immediate refund multiple times and was completely ignored. Instead, they kept insisting on replacements or discounts—even after I explained the item was meant for my civil wedding ceremony. After several unanswered refund requests, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank, which confirmed that all evidence supported my case. This store is completely unreliable. I strongly advise avoiding it.
