Tell them you will contact the FTC and attorney General.
When I didn’t get my bras on time I sent the company an email letting them know I was a fraud investigator and that I was going to contact the FTC and contact the Attorney General’s fraud division if I didn’t get my money back or my merchandise. I got my merchandise two days later. Give it a try.
