NEGATIVE STARS. Traveloka is the worst platform I’ve ever used. My whole experience is a joke. First try FAILED because their system only gave me 3 minutes to make payment absolutely unreasonable. Then the second booking showed one price on the page, but when I paid, the amount suddenly jumped by $74.85. How is that not fraudulent behaviour? And the best part? They keep blaming “multiple bookings” when I only had ONE actual booking. The failed one was caused by their own system and they admitted it afterwards but can only give FLIGHTS VOUCHERS, hello?? how would I even buy from your website again scammers. Customer service is another disaster change agent for every replies. Their “24/7 hotline” is useless I called nonstop for almost a week and couldn’t reach anyone. At this point I don’t even know if they blocked me. Every time they reply, they change their story: system issue → airline policy → multiple bookings → system fluctuation. They can’t even keep their lies straight. All they do is push coupons nobody wants. I don’t want your voucher for flight. Traveloka is unreliable, inconsistent, and honestly its like a registered scam.
