Beautiful pieces
Update post: my order was delivered—very beautifully crafted pieces as advertised. Even my custom engraving was beautiful. Customer service was prompt and respectful. Given pieces are made to order, my only suggestion would be for the company to extend their expected delivery times (even if the order is delivered sooner) to prevent upset customers and negative reviews. Overall, I'm happy with my order. Original post: Terrible experience. I ordered a gold watch with custom engraving, gold hoop earrings, and a gold diamond cross necklace on 10/17. Shipping was promised by 11/8. I contacted customer service, and they offered a gift as compensation for the inconvenience. They said the watch was “out of stock,” but I thought they made the items to order..? A week has passed, and they still have not shipped my purchased items. I’m convinced this is a scam or they overpromise a time frame they can’t deliver on. Either way, bad business practice. I requested a refund. Save yourself the headache. Shop elsewhere.
