Their customer support is very good. I was in emergency situation and needed immediate flight to India. I spoke to them at midnight, and they sent me flight details. Next day morning they called me multiple times to ensure they know my requirement and find flight with my preference. Finally they booked a flight for my travel next day at $1,465.00. Can't believe this price.
