Last month I used a credit card to pay for an order and without my permission, they double charged my credit card to the tune of an extra $45 when I asked for a refund, they put it in a balance on my account instead of refunding it to the credit card that they basically stole it from. they have promised over and over again to refund my credit card but weeks later the only contact I get is with AI who tell me their talking to the sales manager and that the sales manager knows all about it and that they’re going to take care of it and again no contact with me whatsoever no idea what’s going on or if I will ever get the money that they stole from me back
