BAD customer service and not helpful
BAD customer service and not helpful. I used it once in Japan had a good experience so out of my good will I wanted promote their service to my friend but then Thier referral link doesn't work. None of my friend gotten the 10% off as stated in their app. So I decided to contact support and my also decided to contact support they have the same response without even reading our concern. Such unprofessional and bad customer service. Their response rate is also slow. If I'm having an issues overseas I would want my issue solved fast if even a simple referral issue cannot be solved either don't think I want to risk this type of customer service quality.
