I would like to share my experience with kukirin. I had a serious problem with the scooter that i purchased 5 months ago. I contacted the customer service centrr via email and their response was very fast. After i sent the photos they asked me to diagnose the problem with the scooter, they informed me that they would send the appropriate spare part by courier to fix the problem with the scooter.Now I am waiting for the replacement part. Thank you very much to all customer service center for the excellent cooperation we had!!!
