False advertising of 50% off - Resovled
Sent me an email advertising a 50% off coupon with no qualifications or small print. The coupon did not work. When contacted, they changed the terms to buy one item, get a second for 50% off, which were not the terms of the original offer. False advertising. Update: After seeing this review the company reached out and agreed to make good on the discount they had advertised. The code they provided did not work. I contacted them again and this time the finally provided a working code for the 50% off they had offered via email. The quality of the sweater is… low. Thin material and basic printing that does not seem like it will hold up well long term. It’s about what I would expect for a cheap gag gift. A frustrating experience, but they did the right thing in the end. Increasing rating from 1 star to 3 stars.
