I'm rating a 5 Star because at this point I've had a good experience. I contacted customer service because it was taking a long time to receive my order and I was requesting a refund. I received a response in two days and was offered to keep the order and receive 15% off my next order. I accepted the offer and glad I did. This was my first time ordering from this company and I must say.... glad I did! I love everything I bought. Good quality and I can't wait to wear each piece. I've already ordered 3 more pieces!
