Do better for this business to sustain
This company showcases amazing clothing. What is missing is the customer service and the delay or not at communication. 30 days go by and I am still waiting on 7 pieces that have not arrived in the first order and 2 pieces in the second order. The rep says it’s out of stock. Then place the verbiage on the site and don’t let me add to my cart.Then you provide 24-hour shipment on items to replace which is not balanced $63 vs $159. It is not a balanced process.
