Under no circumstances order anything from this company. Excessively long delivery time. Absolutely DREADFUL customer service. Ordered an item. Took three months to arrive. Courier partner returned item without trying deliver once because it was ‘damaged’. Over 20 email exchanges subsequently. No sign of a full refund. Blatant THEFT. Disappointed. Disgusted. Litfad is a utter disgrace. UPDATE: offered refund in reply on here because in the public domain; separately emailed being offered all manner of rubbish (replacement - no, increasing % price reduction on another item - no, increasing each time contact is made % refund of original item ordered - no) Litfad - give me my money back.
