Have been a customer for over 3 years and have always been pleased with their service and quality. Fast shipping with a local service or Fedex. Return of a defective item was handled quickly and efficiently. Early phone problems corrected and little to no wait upon calling. Now able to see account charges on line and pay balance on line. Reorder of exactly the same monthly or quarterly supplies is done with a single click, but editing an order to delete or add items still needs some online improvements.
