Support team is helpful with replacements
I ordered a leather jacket and unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted the Omirad support team, and they replied quickly and confirmed a replacement order for my jacket that same day, for free. The new jacket arrived in about a week and luckily was not damaged and in perfect condition. The jacket itself looked just like on the photos and its quality was good. Omirad has a friendly and helpful support team and great service. Would order again!
