First watch from Timepiece…
Bought my first watch from Timepiece Perfection. Working with Dan was a great experience from start to finish. I left an email inquiry after hours. Received a follow up call the next morning from Dan. He answered all my questions, negotiated the price to a number we both felt fair, and while still on the phone emailed me a shipping label for a watch I was trading in. Upon receiving my trade in he immediately prepared and overnighted my new watch. I received it well packaged and exactly as described. In addition, within thirty minutes of receipt I got a text from Dan making sure I was happy with everything. This is how watch buying should be. Dealing with a knowledgeable fellow enthusiast, fair pricing, excellent communication, and follow through.
