Awful Business
Good t shirts. Terrible customer service. I ordered an item and I wasn't able to apply my coupon before buying the item. There is no way to cancel the item manually. I contacted customer service, and I was questioned for no reason. At the end the customer service representative did not cancel my order and I was given a 20 percent coupon instead, to purchase another item. So their agenda was for me to buy another item to feed them money. Merchandise good, customer service terrible. I’ve had a bad experience not long ago with Darkpick. This is the last I’ll do any business with Darkpick. Update on order. It has been over a month now and I have not received my final order. I forgot to mention that the tracking number doesn't provide much detail and is seemingly from some Chinese origin. 17Track. Darkpick is a terrible business. I encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere for cool merchandise. I hope Darkpick tanks.
