Misled by sales agents
When booking a trip to London, I had particular concerns about non-refundable costs for a side trip to Disneyland Paris with our son and granddaughter. I laid out those concerns in detail by email with a Seven Corners agent. They encouraged me to purchase trip cancellation and trip interruption for any reason coverage to protect my concerns. When the Disneyland part of the trip had to be cancelled, as I had feared, I filed a claim with Seven Corners fro my unreimbursed expenses. My claims were denied, and the Seven Corners adjusters were able to explain clearly why the insurance that I had purchased from them did not apply. However, I had definitely been misled by the Seven Corners salespeople into buying expensive insurance for no reason. (Cerificate # 2TPB26-CA-100237)
