I ordered a small bench from you that I was going to use for my plants. I ordered the bench because I had ordered one of a smaller size prior to this order and I was very satisfied with the quality of the bench. It was wood, well made and sturdy. This last purchase was the complete opposite. It didn’t look anything like the advertisement or the previous bench that I bought. It was made of inferior material and poor craftsmanship. I was extremely disappointed. It felt like a bait & switch situation. What was advertised was not what I received and I stated my reluctance to purchase from them in the future. After my review expressing my disappointment with Litfad and a series of communications, the company offered & I accepted a 50% refund on the purchase price of the item. It is unfortunate that this situation occurred, however, I do appreciate the effort to correct the matter.
