Bought a solar lamp Starship Star Trek; $58,78 C Visa; CIBC advise of potentially fraud; blocked my card but too late, charge already appeared; checked the rating and saw it was rated 4*; unblocked my card; told them to proceed with the order after they sent me an email saying they were not fraudulent; trusted them. Got a tracking number. Trying to see where my order is; all I get is that order doesn’t exist; sent 3 emails at “sheown” as indicated on site; they didn’t even have the decency to follow up or give information about order. My bank was right: this site has a fraudulent behaviour. Today, aug. 26, 2026, they sent an answer to Trustpilot to my attention: please contact us at support@sheown!!! I sent a fourth email!😠
