DO NOT BUY CREALITY PRINTERS. Bought an Ender 3 KE on October. took 10 days to get to me and it took me a few days to figure out the slicer, the filament and how to work with it. I could not get it to adhere to the plate. I thought it was my problem. It ended up clogging so bad that it melted a lot of the parts and i contacted support. They said there was a problem with some parts and shipped me 6 different parts( almost half a printer). Still didnt work. They said it was another couple parts, related to the bed, and they sent me those parts. Still didnt work. I was so tired of taking my NEW printer appart, that i told them i refused to solve it myself. it was clearly a defective product. They replied saying my warranty period was over and couldn't help me anymore, because I contacted them after the first 14 day period after the purchase (remember the product gott o my hands 10 days after the purchase). At this point i have a defective shitty product and an endless series of emails that they refuse to solve. Just buy a bamboo. Or anything else. Not Creality.
