Terrible customer service and lack of care for their customers. I will never do business with this company again. I forgot I had a subscription for Fotor as I had stopped using the program after becoming unemployed from my job. At the annual renewal I was charged for a subscription and I immediately canceled the subscription on the SAME day of renewal. As I was unemployed, I couldn't afford it and had no need for the service. I contacted Fotor customer service to explain and requested a refund. Fotor refused to refund any amount of the annual subscription. They only cited their agreement terms and said have a nice day. Per their agreement, yes they could keep the money because I didn't cancel a day earlier. They demonstrated no interest in considering the circumstances and no concern for their customer. Congratulations Fotor, you got my money, but I will never do business with you again nor recommend your service to others.
