Your customer service rep
Your customer service rep, Grace, went above and beyond to assist me in looking for a retired piece. I can't say enough on how helpful she was and in today's world, that level of customer service is extremely hard to find. I have been very pleased with your customer service in the past, but I feel like Grace deserves recognition for her exceptional service.
