I lost 22lbs in twelve weeks so far. I’m a busy professional, and my body doesn't respond to workouts the same way it used to. I’ve watched Dr. Mike Diamond's videos for a few years before finally getting help. I realized I didn’t know what to do or what to eat. Now I know what to eat when to eat and how important sleep is. I believe this to be a great investment in myself. This is not a magic pill system, it’s a show you what to do and accountability system. I’ve been assigned a great coach in addition to my coaching calls with Dr Mike himself. Overall I decided I can have help and do the work or I can take GLP 1 either way I will have to do something. My something is and always will be sculpt by science.
