I ordered a ROBOROCK Q REVO MAXV …
I ordered a ROBOROCK Q REVO MAXV through an Australian retailer and ended up obtaining a significantly different machine from what I thought I ordered. Roborock foolishly uses the same model number, ROBOROCK Q REVO MAXV, for two different types of machines. The other variant has a refill and drainage system. Roborock allows what they call grey importers to import into Australia this other variant of the ROBOROCK Q REVO MAXV. Ensure you have the right type of Roborock machine before buying one.
