I attempted to purchase a prop firm account via TradeXMastery and made a crypto payment through their checkout. The payment was successful on-chain, but due to a payment method mismatch, the checkout did not complete automatically. I have contacted support through the official ticket system and provided all required details but no response has been given. I have sent multiple messages but it just says we will pick the ticket soon for several hours now. I am currently awaiting a response and hope the issue can be resolved promptly.
