dont use this service
Our train was cancelled due to weather, no one updated us until we went to the train station and saw it on the boards. The station wouldn’t help because it was third party booking. I sent an email because that’s their only process. We had a ferry that wasn’t reimbursed and they just said hope you can understand. Baolau didn’t support us AT ALL even though one of the main features is a dedicated support team. They left us stranded in Bangkok with a 3 and 5 year old to figure it out ourselves. I will not and don’t recommend the service to anyone.
